This Service may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information and employers seeking employees. Employer Agreement Controls:

Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, any terms or conditions set forth under these Terms of Use which are in conflict with or inconsistent to the terms or conditions set forth under any fee agreement executed in writing by and between Tallwood and an employer shall be controlled by such fee agreement.

Miscellaneous:

These Terms of Use are governed by the substantive laws of the State of Connecticut, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this agreement shall lie exclusively with the state or federal courts within the County of Hartford, Connecticut. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Tallwood and governs your use of the Website, unless otherwise agreed to in writing or elsewhere contained in the Website.
